Coating lines for release papers and plastic films
Rotocoat covers all plants for coating paper and plastic film substrates. The most widely used systems are knife and roller coating, applying the coating weight with very high precision. A typical line uses smooth or embossed release paper as a carrier for the production of artificial leather: at the end of the line the paper is separated from the coated material, transferring its pattern and surface finish onto it (the “transfer” process).
The release paper can be reused several times.
