Finishing lines for cowhide splits
To upgrade cowhide splits and offer them as an alternative to full-grain leather, with comparable appearance and quality, an accurate finishing process on coating lines is required, replacing traditional spraying systems. Rotosplit comprises machines and plants that finish the surface of splits by applying a thin PU film, for an outstanding finishing effect. The process runs continuously on release paper with a “transfer” system, as on Rotocoat lines for synthetic leather production.
